Democratic Sen. Nicole Mitchell was arrested after being discovered inside a house in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, almost 4 hours northwest of Woodbury, which she represents, Detroit Lakes Police Chief Steve Todd informed media retailers together with CBS Information and KMSP-TV.
